The Power of an Affirmation!

Our determination and firm
resolve is instrumental in our success.

When we truly make a life-altering,
firm commitment - one where we resolve to make a concrete difference
- there’s a fiery passion in our heart, mind, and eyes. A passion that
is nearly unstoppable. Our mind, body, and spirit are aligned and we
move full steam ahead.

Wouldn’t you like this unstoppable
passion?

Well one of the first things
that happen in these ultra-determined states, is positive
self-talk which is as simple as integrating powerful positive affirmations
into our lives.

The Power of Self-Affirmations!

Sometimes the hardest person
to look at with any object perspective is ourselves.  We have the
tendency to be either too lenient or we have the tendency to be far
too hard on ourselves. Whoever said that we should be our own toughest
critic? That’s not right!  You can snap this bad habit by using
positive self-reflection affirmations.

All it takes is some time for
you to sit and reflect on who you are and what changes in your life
you want to see.  This may take some time if you’re not used to
self-reflection, but it’s necessary to truly discover what you want
to do with your life.

Jogging with Positive Affirmations

There are few areas more in need of positive affirmations than the exercise arena.

If the majority of us were honest, we would say that on a scale of one
to ten, the natural desire to exercise would be at a negative 80. Yet,
if we were equally as honest, we would have to admit that after we
engage in exercise of any form, we feel awesome and invigorated; and,
for that brief post-exercise moment, the same scale would jump to a
positive 80.
